MULTI-LAYER PLASTIC PIPES WITH BRASS AND PLASTIC FITTINGS – HEATING & PLUMBING

Green-house supplies and stocks the full range of Henco multi-layer pipe and fittings. The composite pipe with an aluminum layer is form stable (doesn't spring back), easy to fit and can be bent by hand in most sizes. We supply a full range of both compression and press fittings for hot & cold water services, drinking water and chilled water.

Green-house also supply larger sizes in PEX pipe and fittings (up to 63mm) for heating, hot and cold water services, and air conditioning systems.

Henco piping is composed of five layers as described below.

1. PE-Xc inner pipe: made of high-quality HDPE, electron beam cross-linked, which meets the most severe standards in potable water installation technique and which even resists aggressive substances.

The Henco multilayer pipe consists of continuous butt welded aluminum pipe provided with an inner and outer layer of electron beam cross-linked polythene. The different layers are bonded to each by a high quality connecting layer. The result is the Henco multilayer pipe: it combines all the advantages of synthetic materials and metal pipes.

The aluminium pipe guarantees the oxygen-tightness and shape retaining properties of the pipe. The longitudinal butt welding of the aluminum pipe means the aluminum keeps the same thickness along its whole length. Consequently, the cross-linked outer layer applied with the connecting layer on the aluminum pipe will also have the same thickness. This also offers advantages when pressing, as the press loads are perfectly distributed. Depending on the diameter of the pipe, the thickness of the aluminum layer is calculated so the pipe always retains optimal flexibility and pressure-resistance.   With its product concept Henco provides its installers with a unique tubing system, with which all sanitary and heating installations can be realised.   The system becomes even more advantageous when you realise that only one single fitting range is needed. The Henco composite pipe is laid easily and securely, retains the shape it is bent to, is totally corrosion proof and resists even chemical and electrochemical influences. This is important in view of the increasing problems with drinking water : it remains impeccably hygienic.   In brief : a pipe for all conditions
